Care Coordinator
Care Co-ordinator-Romford
We are looking for an outstanding candidate to join Lodge Group's team (Lodge Group Family) as a Care Co-ordinator/Care Scheduler at our head office in Romford.
40 hours per week. Salary: GBP20,000 - GBP22,000 DOE- DOES NOT INCLUDE ON CALL
You must have experience in working with Care Scheduling/Rotas to apply for this role.

?Normal Hours 09:00 am -17:30 pm (some flexibility required for emergencies and on-call duties)

Monday to Friday - Immediate Start
The Role/Duty's
>Support the Care Manager with new and ongoing relationships between our carers and clients
>Ensuring there is sufficient cover to deliver care and support at the requested times
Allocation of care workers to clients, preparing rotas ensuring all visits are covered using our rostering system.
> Undertake emergency visits when required
> Acting as a point of contact and dealing with enquiries when necessary for clients, relatives, Social Services, other health professionals, care workers
