Senior Account Manager (Work Remotely)

Salary: GBP35-38k p.a. plus benefits

This is a great opportunity to join a talented team working across a broad range of media, technology, and communication channels.

This is a client-facing role; you will therefore have the ability to draft and assemble research, reports, and proposals for use internally and for client presentation. You'll be keen to understand the scope of a client brief and to use any and all tools you can find to acquire the necessary information and assemble it in a presentable form.

Key deliverables are the ability to develop long-lasting client relationships based on the ability to help achieve Clients' goals. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day execution of Clients' projects; delivering on quality, time, and budget.

You will need to be creative, possess interpersonal excellence, and be a good communicator. We seek demonstrable experience of working in a client-facing role within a creative, digital agency. Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint will be essential as well as the ability to use a graphics programme such as Adobe Photoshop or XD. You will be operationally conversant with various web browsers and be comfortable working across Mac or PC environments. Social media, to at least some degree, will already be part of your daily working life.
