'Live Chat' - Inbound Customer Service

Big Ant Group is delighted to be working again with one of the leading online sports retailers in Newton Abbot to recruit their Inbound email and call advisors. The right applicants will have strong communication and organisation skills, and be able to provide a professional, helpful and efficient service to all their customers. You will communicate via phone dealing with inbound calls, Email or live chat via their website.

**Please be advised this is not a remote working position**

Your main duties and responsibilities as the Customer Service Advisor will include:

• Respond and take ownership of all calls in a timely and effective manner

• Deal with queries from customers by phone, email or live chat and resolve issues as they arise

• Provide admin support for the department, to include ensuring the in-house system and all necessary data is kept up to date

• On occasions you may need to locate stock from stores and / or suppliers and ensuring they reach the customer

• Any other administrative duties as required

• Assisting team members where necessary

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Able to provide a professional, helpful and efficient customer service

• Have excellent communication skills

• Able to prioritise work and have excellent organisational skills

• Computer Literate

• Able to work in a busy environment

• Good team player

• Pro-active in your approach to work

• Can take ownership of jobs and see them through to completion

• Be Customer focussed

Shift pattern is set and will be as follows:

9.00am-17.30pm Monday-Saturday, with Tuesday and Sunday OFF.
