The Role: Customer Service and Sales Advisor

We're looking for a proactive and tenacious Customer Care Co-ordinator for a highly successful client based in Southend-on-Sea. This is an office-based role involving managing a high volume of current accounts for the business. We're looking for somebody who has strong telephone-based account management experience and who can hold autonomy in their role.

Job requirements;

  • Continued communication with allocated clients, focusing on providing superb levels of service to meet and exceed customer needs
  • Being proactive at every stage of the process, thinking above and beyond clients' requirements
  • Looking at developing new relationships with clients to maximise the return
  • Keeping a track of customer data to look at trends and provide information for management for sales planning purposes
  • Responding to daily customer emails
  • Working on the database to maintain accurate customer information and keep this fully updated at all times.
  • Experience working in a high-volume telephone account management based role
  • A real enthusiasm for your work, for going above and beyond and providing superb levels of customer support
  • Excellent communication skills, able to build relationships with ease
  • Approachable, positive and helpful at all times
  • A team player but also able to work with independence within your role
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, able to work to deadlines
  • IT skills with a good 'all round' knowledge of Microsoft Office

The Package

  • Salary GBP18,000 - GBP22,000 + Bonus incentive
  • Southend-on-Sea based
  • Working Monday - Friday either 8:00am - 5:00pm or 9:00pm - 6:00pm
