What you'll be doing:
As part of the Cohort Support team you will be required to undertake various administration tasks and deliver a positive experience to all visitors at the Locations. Quality outputs from your workstreams whilst being proactive in submitting innovation ideas to enhance the reception & visitor experience. Support the training and development of your colleagues and to take ownership of Reception's staffing requirements on a day to day basis which can include the induction of new or temporary colleagues.

- Take the lead in sharing best practices with your colleagues across the Area
- Be aware of the various departments across the business to effectively escalate issues
- Manage your Unit Lead's needs on a day to day basis
- Complete tasks to a high standard and to specified deadlines
- Prioritise your workloads by using the support inbox by effective delegation
- Always be looking for new and improved ways of enhancing visitor experience
- Promote innovation within the team
- Using your initiative to solve problems at the first point of contact
- Experience using Winscribe, SalesForce, FORstar & Avaya switchboard
- Adhere to the Central Area's behaviours - Aspirational to be Exceptional
- Owning development for the good of yourself development and SJP
- Enrol onto the Grow Development Model
- Support Foundation activity within the Central Area
Special Requirements:
- You will be based at the Solihull Location however occasional travel between the Central Area locations will be required.
