We are looking for reliable people to join our client in the Malton area. This position is temporary on going however could lead to a permanent position within the business for the right candidate.

Working within a team on a busy production or packing line to fulfil orders of speciality cheese for major retailers. You will be responsible for contributing to the production plan through efficient resolution, utilisation and operation of equipment, maximising quality, productivity and material.

HOURS: 12 hour shifts available from Monday to Saturday 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am
also 8 hours shifts available from 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm

PAY RATES: 1-12 weeks: * GBP 8.91 per hour
* GBP 13.37 overtime Monday to Saturday after 40 hrs
* GBP 17.82 - Overtime done on Sundays after 40 hrs

PAY RATES: 13 + weeks: * GBP 9.07 / GBP 9.11 per hour for am and pm shifts depending of departments
* GBP 13.61 / GBP 13.67 overtime Monday to Saturday after 40 hrs
* GBP 18.14 / GBP 18.22 - Overtime done on Sundays after 40 hrs

PAY RATE NIGHTS 13 + weeks:* GBP 9.67 / GBP 9.71 per hour for am and pm shifts depending of departments
* GBP 14.51 / GBP 14.57 overtime Monday to Saturday after 40 hrs
* GBP 19.34 / GBP 19.42 - Overtime done on Sundays after 40 hrs

You will ensure company policies are maintained with regard to Food Safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), Customer Codes of Practice, Safety, Health and Environment and operating practices.

The successful candidate needs to be able to operate within a challenging but rewarding factory environment that is physically demanding and can entail repetitive tasks.

Ideally, experience within a similar production role, however, full on the job training will be provided. You need to have a can do attitude, be willing to work, friendly and enjoy working as part of a team.
Due to some days with early starts and the location own means of transport will be required rather than reliance on public transport.
