Come and join our team and continue to put survivors voice at the heart of their recovery.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience of managing a domestic abuse service, giving you an understanding on the support we deliver and allowing you to achieve life changing outcomes for the women and families accessing the Refuge.
* Proven experience of complex caseload management.
* Experience and the ability to successfully manage partnerships with specialist agencies such as the Police, Social Services etc.
* Proven people management experience to motivate and develop a team.
* A commitment to survivor voice and delivery of trauma informed support.
