Student Services and the support we provide is critical to the wellbeing of our students and contributing to the success of the University. We strive to enhance the quality of the student experience and support recruitment, progression, retention and attainment. Through the support provided, students are able to develop strategies to keep themselves well, build support networks, and develop key skills to support their professional and personal development. 

This role will support the work of the Student Discipline Team by building on
Keele University’s significant work to eradicate sexual violence and discriminatory behaviour and support a safe environment which is conducive to study, living and working. The successful applicant will develop and refine policies and procedures, particularly in relation to sexual violence and discriminatory behaviour and have oversight cases of student misconduct. The successful applicant will also enhance Keele’s proactive approach to addressing discipline issues by providing specialist information, support, guidance and training to members of the Keele community.
 
We are looking for an individual who has knowledge and understanding in the area of sexual violence and discriminatory behaviour, ideally with experience of dealing with complex issues in this area. Skills in conducting disciplinary investigations and report writing are essential for this role in addition to experience of designing and delivering training to a range of audiences.
