We are working with a boutique legal firm based in Central Nottingham for a Legal PA.
The role will deliver first-class administration and secretarial / 1-1 support to Legal Professionals and Partners. The role will focus on commercial law.
Working hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Key duties:
Producing high-quality documents such as commercial/trading agreements, investment agreements, emails
Processing and managing a range of legal documentation some technical and financial Legal documentation (copy and audio typing)
Producing invoices and dealings with financial records/transfers
Case management systems, ensuring electronic filing systems
Email and diary management
Arranging meetings both internally and externally.
Dealing with clients on a day to day to basis.
The role will work with in-house management systems as well as MS Office.
Front-of-house duties are carried out on an ad-hoc basis dealing with incoming telephone calls, greeting clients/visitors to the office (general facilities).
