Are you an experienced Technical Operator? Do you work well in a team?
Responsible for running one or more pieces of equipment, demonstrates technical depth of knowledge & understanding of equipment. Responsible for maintaining line performance against plan at required quality. Application of technical knowledge, mechanical and basic maintenance expertise to fully optimise plant performance. Responsible for leading a team operators or agency staff on a line or in a specific area of the business.
Key areas of responsibility:
Accountable for SHE standards for your team and line.
Involvement in Behavioural audits.
Book stock onto HICS.
EMCS investigations into discrepancies, create new products and customers.
Agency planning and ordering.
Forward planning of operation over 2 - 7 day horizon with planners/ CST / hauliers and customers.
Write, implement and enforce ISO and BRC procedures..
