Located in Allostock, between Knutsford and Holmes Chapel, our client is a specialist dementia unit, within mature grounds surrounded by peaceful Cheshire countryside.
our client is a dual registered Care Home and provides a safe, caring and therapeutic environment for the elderly.
We are looking for Nurse to work at our well-established, fun and friendly Nurses.
The Role
You will have the freedom and autonomy to do things the right way and be truly valued and respected for what you do. You will be acting as a role model in the delivery and promotion of best practice at all times and set an example in providing person-centred and outcomes-focused care.
Whether it's the small details and attentions we can offer to our patients on a daily basis or a real need for loving care: our work is always focused on the human individual who requires care and support and who has a right to the same humane treatment that he or she has known throughout life. Dignity, respect, understanding and sensitivity are all practised by our highly-trained and committed care team who help to create a trusting and personal relationship with all those who we are entrusted to care for.
Experience and Skills
Personal care experience or educated to degree level
Willing to prove excellent care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe successful candidate will be expected to make a significant contribution to the Nursing Home. You will be mature and focused on delivering excellent standards of care with a natural ability to work as part of a team and individually.
It takes relentless determination, creativity and compassion to provide a secure environment in which children can develop in their way with support and guidance.
