General Laborer
Your new company specialise in the delivery of low volume, hi-specification housing within the South West. Typically building up to 20 large dwellings per year they focus on the positive design fixtures within the region over more units.
Your new position as general site labourer will be a pivotal contribution to the progression and health & safety implementation and overall cleanliness of the development. You will be tasked with duties such as:
Maintaining walkways by removing debris & materials
Maintenance of Heras fencing by ensuring the perimeter of the site is secure
General cleanliness of the plots
Maintaining material storesTo be considered for this position, you will need to have a basic understanding of construction, health & safety, punctual, reliable and a driven attitude to succeed.
In addition, you will need:
CSCS
PPE (Hard Hat, Hi-vis and Steel toe capped boots)You will benefit from a competitive hourly rate and the continuity of long-term work, expected duration up to 12 months.
