Support Worker - GBP11.00 - GBP12.75 per hour

Due to the complexity of support required, and the additional training and responsibilities that will be expected to meet the needs of the role, we are offering an enhancement of GBP1.50 per hour when working with this individual.

Sleep in enhancements also available and paid at GBP50 a night

In this role you will be expected to:

Be able to remain compassionate, and professional during challenging times.
Be willing to work alongside clinical professionals, and to be open to new ideas and ways of working.
Understand the importance of team work, cooperation and communication.
Demonstrate written communication skills, sufficient to contribute to a record keeping system
To be able to follow, and understand in depth guidelines and support plans.

The role will further your development and understanding of how to care for someone with complicated mental health needs. As part of the specialist team, you'll be working closely with a clinical psychologist who will be providing in house face to face training workshops twice per month.
