Role: Faults Administrator

Duration: 6 months

Working hours: 39 hours per week 8-4.30 with a 3.30 finish once a week

Location: Office is based in Nottingham but the role will be remote working

Pay rate: GBP9.50p/h

Working alongside our customer engagement team to provide admin support for processing requests for fault jobs at customer sites.
Completing the data set for Customer Engagement priorities and sending to the job booking team
Google for additional contact details for sites where we have incorrect or missing contact details
Review the outcome of Job Booking customer contact and hand off to the correct team for further action
Send requests to customer for additional information and contact details
Forward more complex queries to Customer Engagement
Update faults page with new contact details and hand off to relevant teams
Provide fault update reports to Customer Engagement to share with customers and receive feedback to update faults hand-offs
