We are currently recruiting for experienced Night Support Workers at our homes in Plymouth.
We provide safe and stimulating environments for individuals with complex needs, learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorders and behaviours that challenge, through a range of positive support approaches. We put the people who use our service and our staff at the centre of everything we do, working in collaboration to ensure good outcomes for the people we support.
As a Night Support Worker, you will be need to have experience in supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviour that challenges. An ideal candidate will already have an NVQ 2 in health and social care or equivalent with a proven track record of support complex individuals in a residential or community setting. It is essential that you have the ability to be resilient to challenging situations whilst being able to provide high quality person centred support.

Be able to demonstrate a warm, person centred and affirmative approach to people with learning disabilities.
Administer medication in line with our procedures.
Demonstrate written communication skills, sufficient to contribute to a record keeping system.
Help people using our services with activities of daily living such as bathing and using the toilet.What can we offer you?

Induction- Support Workers joining us will undertake a bespoke induction programme tailored to their specific job role and will complete training through a blended learning approach
