We are currently recruiting for experienced Night Support Workers, you will be need to have experience in supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviour that challenges. An ideal candidate will already have an NVQ 2 in health and social care or equivalent with a proven track record of support complex individuals in a residential or community setting. It is essential that you have the ability to be resilient to challenging situations whilst being able to provide high quality person centred support
In this role you will be expected to:
Be able to demonstrate a warm, person centred and affirmative approach to people with learning disabilities.
Administer medication in line with our procedures.
Demonstrate written communication skills, sufficient to contribute to a record keeping system.
