JOB TITLE: Field Sales Representative

LOCATION: Bideford / Field-Based (other territories are available)

CONTRACT: Permanent, full-time

START: July/August 2021

SALARY: Starting at GBP18,000 + uncapped commission

BENEFITS: Company car + fuel card + 5% total pay bonus + MORE

Due to an exciting combination of continued growth and expansion, Timac Agro UK are looking for experienced and self-motivated Field Sales Representatives from the commercial sales sector to join our experts within the South West Business Unit. AVAILABLE REGIONS - Bideford, Bridgwater, Bude, Exeter, Launceston, Okehampton, Redruth, Taunton, Tiverton

* Please note that applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and these locations will be subject to availability.

**This is a field-based role and will require daily travel through your territory which spans one hour from end to end.


* To achieve sales of our Unique & Premium Product Range in Fertilisers, Soil Conditioners and Animal Nutrition/ Welfare Solutions to Farmers and Growers through local distribution channels.

* Seek, develop and maintain regular and continuous relationships with distributors and key players within the local farming community/region.

* Use existing customer/market data to develop 'out of the box' sales strategies.

* Successful closure of sale using various customer services / sales methods (networking, knowledge building, prospecting etc.).

* Active understanding of planning activity and pipeline management using our CRM system (Salesforce)

* Participation in team training activities or collaborative efforts and team working events.


As a successful candidate you will have:

* Multiple years' sales experience (Desirable)

* Quantifiable results in field-based sales roles (B2B and/or B2C)

* Desire to complete FACTs (Fertiliser Advisers Certification and Training) qualification within the first year of employment

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

* Confidence to target prospective clients and begin cold calling on the field via face to face and phone calls.

* Great organisational, planning and problem-solving capabilities

* Experience of using a CRM

* A full, clean UK Driving License (Manual)
