Location: Stratford, London
Salary: GBP51,000 - GBP55,000
Contract Type: Permanent - Full Time

Currently, they have an opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join their fantastic Sales & Marketing team based in Stratford, who will work in close partnership with the Head of Marketing.
This role will involve but not be limited to:
*
Ensuring that campaigns are achieving appropriate return on investment in line with corporate goals
*
Carry out post campaign analysis to report KPIs and distribute learning for future campaigns
*
Deliver campaign activity presentations and regular results presentations
*
Write and edit copy for a suite of digital and printed assets and publications including email campaigns, brochures, floorplans, models, signage and web
*
Develop a robust process to collect insight into all aspects of the customer journey
*
Ensuring that brand standards and identity guidelines are adhered to
The successful candidate will have/be:
*
Advertising, digital and CRM marketing knowledge and experience
*
Managing multi-channel, integrated campaigns simultaneously
*
Extensive experience in a management role - in-house or with an agency
*
Strong leadership skills
*
Excellent planning and organisational skills
*
First class communication skills
*
A recognised professional qualification in marketing and knowledge of the property development processes would be a distinct advantage
