An awesome role just in for an SEO Manager OR an SEO Lead with a well-known, growing agency in Northamptonshire. If you are currently working in an agency, taking the lead on a portfolio of SEO clients then keep reading. This role will be working with clients in the planning and implementation of SEO campaigns, delivering measurable goals to demonstrate improved SEO efforts and ROI for clients. You will be client-facing and also incredibly hands-on in delivering. You will be getting involved with SEO activities including keyword research, strategies, content optimization, backlink outreach to name a few. You will have experience in the implementation of technical SEO and working to best practice. You will not only be skilled in SEO but have a wider understanding of digital marketing and be looking to hit the ground running.
This is a full-time, permanent role which will be a mix of office and home working. Our client prides themselves on being flexible and making the most of hybrid working! The salary for this role is between GBP35k and GBP40k (some flex) dependent on experience. Personality and culture are key! This role is based in Northamptonshire and commutable via Northampton, Coventry, Leicester, Bedford, Milton Keynes, Banbury, Leamington Spa, Buckingham to name a few.

The Role
As SEO Manager you will be hands-on in the planning and delivery of an SEO and digital marketing strategy for a portfolio of clients. You will be client-facing and involved in the planning and implementation of all SEO campaigns and digital marketing activities. You will be reporting back to clients and getting involved with keyword and market research, maintaining websites and content creation. This role requires a true passion for the digital space and how SEO fits into a wider digital marketing strategy. As a senior in the team, you will be responsible for managing the larger value retainers with bigger clients.
About You
* A passion for SEO and Digital Marketing
* Proven experience in planning and implementing SEO strategies for your client base and working with different budgets
* Experience in technical SEO and onsite and offsite SEO
* Experience in market and keyword research
* Proven experience in optimization of user journey
* You will be highly analytical and enjoy reporting on campaign success, working with the clients to make recommendations for future success
* Love keeping up with the latest trends in SEO and working to best practice
* Experience working with some SEO tools such as SEM Rush, Tag Manager, Yoast, Screaming Frog
* Experience using a CRM system
