Role: User Acquisition Marketing Manager
Duration: 12 Months
Location: London
Salary range: GBP53,000 - GBP64,000
Bonus: Company Plan

Responsibilities:
Lead online acquisition & conversion for the product, including all online paid media buying and planning across advertising platforms.
Manage relationships with online media agencies that support the regional activity, and local marketing teams (The product is present in 63 markets and 32 languages).
Support & execute the team's own & operated channels strategy, including an ongoing SEO pilot and the Home Page Promo efforts.
Report back on the overall user acquisition performance and drive further CPT and TU optimisations in partnership with product & analyst teams.
Provide insights & best practices across the board, come up with and test new initiatives to drive growth, and continue the development of refreshed creative assets.
Mandatory:
Passion for advertising-based technologies / solutions and familiarity with what's out there.
Experience in cross-channel media planning which includes digital strategy, implementation, tracking and insights.
High Analytical skills, high proficiency in analytical tools.
Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
Solid experience in paid media management.
Desired
Hands-on experience in running online advertising campaigns on various platforms.
Deep knowledge of Google Ads & other advertising platforms.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and proven track record of performance optimisation.
Familiarity with marketing best practices, and digital based measurement methods.
