Description
Manage a team of 4
Lead and manage the Customer Service team
Training and coaching staff to deliver a high standard of customer service
Develop and implement strategies for improving service levels to both internal and
external customers
Gather and use customer feedback to identify root causes and implement processes
To handle all complex customer complaints (verbal and written) to the appropriate
resolution within the agreed timescales.
Liaise directly with the Technical Services Manager to ensure the Customer Service team
are up to date on product and technical developments.
Liaise with Operation teams daily Profile
