We are looking for 2 Claims Handlers to work in our busy offices in Milton Park, Abingdon.

About the role:

As a Claims Handler, your daily duties will be:

* Liaising with manufacturers and retailers

* Making formal assessments on claims

* Being able to work to SLAs and managing your own case load of claims

* Raising accurate Purchase Orders

About you:

Do you have strong customer service skills and enjoy working in a busy, fast paced environment?

As a Claims Handler, we are ideally looking for someone with an insurance background who is also organised and has a professional telephone manner.

The details:

This is a full time role, Monday - Friday with the flexibility to work from home once training has completed.
