NEW ROLE! GBPmultimillion bespoke supply and installation business seeks Technical Sales Consultants to develop and expand the UK business footprint.

Salary Range: GBP35,000 - GBP45,000

Location: Twickenham (spilt 50% between office and 50% field based)

The Opportunity:

Following a recent internal promotion, we are actively seeking to increase our sales team with the addition of a Technical Sales Consultant selling our bespoke supply and installation services, developing, and expanding our footprint across the UK predominantly around Greater London and the Home Counties.

Targeting key stakeholders within Design and Architectural Studios (Interior Designers, Architects) and Developers you will grasp and clarify project specifics, exploring design ideas and quickly enabling technical proposals to be comprehensive, visually appealing, and commercially aligned.

This role is challenging and requires an effective sales professional with the inner drive to succeed and a natural talent for nurturing business partnerships to network, develop and secure commitment.

Your Skills:

Essentially you will:

?? Already have a proven track record selling high valued products ideally within a design, supply, and installation environment such as Kitchens, Bathrooms, Home or Office refurbishments.
?? Be target driven, experienced, and knowledgeable in managing the full 360 sales cycle both in technique and process.
?? Commercially astute with the natural gravitas to tailor proposals and presentations, building credibility with clients and secure contract commitment.
?? Be an excellent communicator with a strong eye for detail, someone who effectively listens to understand the project requirements and challenges expectations, establishing rapport and trust.
?? Have a strong work ethic, demonstrated by the ability to work independently and as an effective and valued team member.
?? Confident in IT Systems specifically the Microsoft suite (CRM processes & other systems experience beneficial).
?? Full driving licence and flexibility to attend client offices and sites.
