The Bakkavor Salads sector has two factories based on the same site in Spalding, Lincolnshire, employing over 600 people. These factories specialize in making salad accompaniments such as coleslaw and pasta salads, sandwich wraps and food to go salads, and are two of eight factories that are part of the Bakkavor Salads sector in the UK.

The role:
In this busy and fast-paced role, you will work closely with other members of our production team, ensuring that each product we produce contains all the elements it should and they are of the quality our clients expect; you will play your part by having excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

You will be hands-on as part of the team, working in one of our distinct production zones, where you will use a combination of hand and mechanical/electrical tools (once trained). Tasks can vary within the business such as in feeding and topping a product, feeding the product through a flow wrapper, and disposing of waste all using a clean as you go process.

This is a fast-paced role but the shifts will fly by and you'll always have something to do. We will provide you with all appropriate PPE and full training to complete your role.
