Maternity cover up to 22nd October 2021

37 Hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Bridgend Working Skills for Adults 2 (WSFA 2) project. The WSFA 2 project led by Torfaen Borough Council and covering Blaenau Gwent, Caerphilly, Merthyr Tydfil, Torfaen and Bridgend, aims to tackle in work poverty by providing accredited training courses and qualifications. The project is backed by GBP5.4 million from the European Social Fund through the Welsh Government.

The successful applicants for these key posts will be enthusiastic, motivated team workers who will plan, organise, deliver and evaluate sessions/courses at various venues throughout the county for participants, thus helping to deliver a successful Working Skills for Adults 2 project in Bridgend. As we will be supporting people in work it is expected that evening and weekend working will be necessary.

In addition the successful will be expected to have access to a motor vehicle and a full driving license.
