Women for Women International (WfWI) is an international NGO that helps women survivors of war to rebuild their lives. We believe that with access to rights, education and resources, women can lead change towards peaceful and stable societies. Since establishment in 1993, WfWI has worked with over 500,000 women in Afghanistan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iraq, Kosovo, Nigeria, Rwanda and South Sudan. The UK office was established in 2006, and has steadily grown its programme funding from grants from various sources, including governments, trusts and foundations, companies, and individuals. 

We are seeking to appoint a Corporate Partnerships Manager to support the Corporate Fundraising team in our busy and dynamic organisation. The position will suit someone who is comfortable in a fast-paced, creative and hands-on role.

As Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will manage a portfolio of partners and be an integral part of a small and dynamic team bringing in a 6-figure income annually.  Women for Women International has a wide range of industry-leading corporate partners with ongoing opportunities for new and exciting partnerships, so this opportunity will suit someone with strong relationship management skills who wants to work with top corporate donors (including NET-A-PORTER, ESTRID, Revolut and Charlotte Tilbury amongst others) to deliver against ambitious fundraising targets. The post holder will work with the Head of Corporate Partnerships to manage and grow existing partners whilst identifying and pitching to new prospects.

You will help develop plans to maximise long term benefits against our strategic aims and objectives, as well as making sure our partners are well looked after and creating content for both WfWI and partner channels. You will have the ability to provide excellent customer service, be comfortable communicating with a variety of donors and stakeholders via phone, email and speaking publicly to enthuse and motivate people.


You will be an excellent multi-tasker, project manager and ambitious to develop a career in corporate fundraising, marketing and communications and you will be a great team player – flexible, creative and adept at communicating difficult messages and challenging others’ thinking effectively. Reporting to:  Head of Corporate Partnerships 

Proposed Start date:  Monday 23rd August 2021

Location:  Primarily Remote working with some expectation of work from the office based in Old Street, London 

Working Pattern:  Flexible

Salary Level:  £34,000 per annum

Excellent communication skills, including written and oral/public speaking to enthuse and motivate, and compose/edit/proof correspondence and documents
Exceptional organisational skills. The ability to prioritise with impressive attention to detail and maintain accuracy under pressure
Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and donor care and relationship management with multiple stakeholders
Strong understanding of charity / corporate partnerships and the benefits of these to both parties
Strong computer skills, including experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and databases.
Knowledge of or interest in international development policies and/or programmes, women’s rights and/or women’s experience in countries affected by conflict
Skilled at taking responsibility for making and implementing logical decisions for department function
Experience in empowering junior members of the team, placing trust in them to take ownership, make decisions and deliver results


Strong team player, who can effortlessly work across a multi-disciplinary team and engage the team in planning and decision-making as appropriate
Creative and entrepreneurial, identifies and maximises opportunities
