37 hours per week

Up until 2 years (due to funding)

We are eager to take forward recommendations from a recent review of our CAP. We are looking for a manager who will support our staff to develop further and to continue to improve the way in which we deliver a quality service to those people who contact us. You should also have experience of prioritising and workflow, in order to ensure efficient and appropriate responses to contact and referrals received.

Being a great communicator and able to develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders you will work to remove barriers for customers and stakeholders in support of delivering an excellent service.

The Common Access Point Manager will ensure that through their team, customers receive a friendly, professional and consistently high-quality service helping to resolve various queries, getting it right first time and dealing with escalated enquiries and referrals for services.

Protecting children, young people or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees.
