Retail Supervisor

In the Retail Supervisor job, you will be:
Working across the department including retail aspects and advising customers about products and confidently making product recommendations
Processing telephone orders for local customers via the internal software system
Managing and maintaining all required records and paperwork accurately
Identifying training opportunities for the teams
Complying fully with food hygiene and health and safety requirements at all times
Managing the visual appearance of the organisation and merchandising stock, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness are adhered to at all times
Engaging with customers on social media and playing a proactive part in developing marketing initiatives and newsletter ideas
Responsible for accurate cashing up at the end of the day
To be considered for the Retail Supervisor role you must have:
Extensive leadership / management experience and a passion for inspiring others
Confident in demonstrating knowledge within Food and Beverage
An ability to speak both Welsh and English due to nature of organisation and client base (Highly Advantageous)
A professional, courteous manner and able to quickly build rapport with customers
Strong communication, organisational and prioritisation skills
The ability to serve customers in a friendly, polite and approachable manner
This is a full time, permanent role based in Llanrwst and has a salary starting from GBP19,000 per annum (depending on skills and experience). Working hours are typically Tuesday to Saturday (40-hour week) however, please note, a flexible working attitude will be required due to covering for other events.
