Legal 500 practice in Hertfordshire seeks a fee earner with private client expertise on a permanent basis.
Joining a specialist private client team in the firms Hertford office, the successful fee earner will provide high quality advice on a broad range of wills, trust and probate matters with minimal supervision. Able to manage a full caseload, you will maintain the departments high standards of client care and service and play a key role in the continued success of the practice. There will be some requirement to travel to the practices other offices so access to your own vehicle is required.

Responsibilities
Taking client instructions
Conducting home and care visits
Estate administration
Intestacies
Probate matters
Drafting basic and complex wills
LPAs and POAs
Court of Protection matters
Setting up and administering trusts
Participation in business development
The Candidate
Solicitors, chartered legal executives or GCILEx with 1-3 years' PQE
Technically proficient in private client
Possesses a good understanding of intestacies rules
Ideally, be a full member of STEP or working towards qualification
Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Demonstrates outstanding communication and client care skills
Has a full driving licence and access to their own vehicle
A team player with an aptitude for business development and networkingThe Firm
