Onsite Account Manager - Newham

Monday to Friday 8:45 am - 5:30 pm
Salary: up to GBP28k (negotiable)

In addition, the candidate will be entitled to a KPI scheme after passing a 6-month probation period. OTE Circa GBP32k.

As an onsite account manager, you will be the primary point of contact providing operational support to the client.
The successful applicant will be highly personable with excellent communication skills
You'll be diplomatic and able to influence client and supplier behaviour when necessary. The ability to analyse and interpret data and present it to the client in a factual and compelling manner is a must.
You'll also be proficient in Microsoft Excel, working off spreadsheets and creating charts to emphasise the commercial position.

Excellent communication skills on the phone and face to face
Experience meeting KPIs and SLAs
Experience with challenging situations
Knowledge of compliance requirements
Excellent presentation technique
Good level of analytical skills
Full Clean Driving Licence
Knowledge of the recruitment industry is an advantage.
The successful applicant will be based on-site in Newham and will be required to spend a minimum of 2 days a month at Head Office in Milton Keynes.
The nature of the role requires the On-Site Account Manager to be willing and able to travel.
