We are now recruiting for a Freight Export Administrator for a busy multi modal freight forwarder in Halifax. Our client offers a full range of supply chain solutions to anywhere in the world via road, sea or air.
Due to continued growth our Freight Forwarding Client is now looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual to join their team in Halifax.
The role will be tailored around the individuals' talents and experience; they are a busy multimodal freight forwarding office, so any related experience of working in this or transferrable industry will be considered, but training will be given.
The job will be centred around the export side of my client's business and will include handling incoming calls for sales & quoting, handling freight administration, liaising with customers & carriers, ie shipping lines, airlines and haulage companies and general office and administration. The role will grow and develop with you
You must have excellent customer service skills with experience and skills gained from working in a freight forwarding, supply chain or related industry to apply
Benefits
Salary - GBP20,000 to GBP22,000
Pension
Hours 9-5.30pm
