The Opportunity

Working as part of a busy and supportive Talent Acquisition team, you'll play a key role in supporting our team in finding and hiring the best talent. This is a varied and fast paced role. You will support our team with coordination duties such as scheduling interviewing's, managing large datasets and posting job adverts. You will produce periodic reporting and undertake data analysis.
You'll need to be motivated and methodical with excellent communication skills to effectively conduct our efforts.
In addition, you will be given the opportunity to work closely with our 'Emerging Talent' team to organise assessment centres and attend graduate/apprentice careers fairs (if undertaken).

This is a new role borne out of growth. This is an initial 12 month Fixed Term contract and can be based in our London, Reading or Bristol office.
About You
With your strong communicationskills and a strong sense of urgency you will act as a 'conductor' to helpdrive effective activity within our team. You will have provenadministration experience, gained within an HR / Talent Acquisition environment oralternatively you have recently graduated in HR who is looking for your 1st opportunity.
You are pro-active, methodical and thorough with goodattention to detail. Excellent communication skills,particularly face to face and over the telephone is important. A passion for Talent Acquisition is a must.
