The Commercial solicitor will be joining a busy and challenging department as you will be involved in drafting/reviewing and advising on a varied range of commercial and technology agreements and giving advice on related areas such as IP and GDPR as well as supporting senior members of the team in more complex matters.
Duties include managing a full case load of commercial matters under supervision, Occasional corporate support assistance and assisting with marketing and business development for the department.
The successful Commercial Solicitor will be NQ-2PQE previously working on commercial matters.
