We are now seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer to join us at our Solihull Office. Providing Talent Insights and Talent Mapping Solutions to our clients, you will have experience within this area and ideally have knowledge of the Engineering and Manufacturing Sector.
Supporting a Managing Partner, the role responsibilities:
* Supporting on Business Development Activities
* Talent Insights & Mapping
* Talent Pipelining
* Evaluation and Analysis, Market Research
* Due Diligence, Referencing
* RPO knowledge/Experience
* Assisting on Projects
* Data Gathering and Reporting
Skills Required:
* Minimum 2-3 Years' Experience
* HR background/Experience desirable
* Proven and demonstratable success
* Have good organisational and administrative skills
* Have good IT skills
* Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques
* Solid verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to positively present the company and open roles to potential candidates
Flexibility around working from home and home office along with package (dependant on experience) and working hours can be discussed for the right applicant
