About the Role
We are currently seeking a commercially minded Marketing Manager with comprehensive experience in B2B and product marketing to join our team.
Door Entry Direct is investing for growth. Our marketing strategy puts digital first, but our new Marketing Manager will oversee an integrated marketing programme embracing both online and offline elements.
Heading up a small team, the Marketing Manager will oversee workflow and ensure accuracy and quick turnaround on all projects, working closely and constructively with managers of the sales and technical departments.
Responsible for integrating all Door Entry Direct's marketing activities, including but not limited to e-Commerce, e-Marketing, email and SMS campaigns, direct mail, print media, social media posts, editorials, and press releases.
Create inspiring and accurate technical and non-technical copy for web, email, and print media to win new business.
Design and create all Door Entry Direct marketing literature - website content, brochures, flyers, product datasheets, product demo videos, events posters etc - with an eye to boosting sales and maintaining our brand identity.
You will be flexible, self-motivated, and willing to work "hands-on" in an entrepreneurial, medium sized business that is going for growth.
Detail orientated in checking not only your own work but evaluating work of Marketing Team members before it is issued.
Clear, concise communicator with an excellent telephone manner and a confident approach.
Education, skills and experience
Marketing or business-related degree required.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, website analysis, Dot Digital, Magento, Hootsuite, CRM, Google Analytics.
Marketing experience in either the door entry, security, technology, automation, distribution, engineering, electrical or manufacturing industries is desirable.
Strong track record of designing and delivering marketing strategies to drive business growth, build brand awareness, and increase customer satisfaction
