Home Working Customer Service Advisor
This is a bring your on device role, therefore candidates must have their own Windows 8 or 10 PC or laptop (Mac's, Apple, iPad and Chromebook devices are not supported)

Salary: GBP9.00 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Sunday Shifts between: 7am-11pm. Full flexibility required.
We are hiring people throughout the UK to work from home helping the public with advice, guidance and support. Our customer is significantly expanding their inbound customer service team and will provide a full induction and training with a view to start as soon as possible.
Day to Day duties will include the following:
Taking inbound calls to people providing advice, guidance and support.
Booking appointments
Ensuring the timely and accurate recording of information through online service portals.
As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
Proficient in the use of Microsoft products, electronic systems and databases
Excellent telephone and communication skills
Able to deal with vulnerable customers
Polite and professional
Enthusiastic and positive
Ability to multi task
Fast broadband speed with at least 10MB/sec down and 20MB/sec upload speed.
Access to a machine running a Windows 8 or 10 operating system that is no older than 5-years and has got at least 4GB of RAM.
A headset with microphone.
Able to work from home in a quiet, private space
