Field Sales Merchandisers
Salary: 20K - 25K DOE + monthly commission, company vehicle, annual bonus + benefits
Location: Southampton, Hampshire
We are pleased to be working exclusively with our client, an independent family owned iced coffee brand. Due to expansion, we are recruiting experienced sales professionals for their newly formed field sales team and have roles in various location around UK.
As the Field Sales Merchandiser, you will be owning and developing retail accounts to include Co-Op, Waitrose, M&S, BP & Boots with a primary focus on Tesco. Your responsibilities will include:
* Calling daily on Grocery stores with a focus on Tesco
* Seek new listing opportunities across Tesco larger format stores including Superstores and Metro
* Ensure all stores have the correct SKU's
* Identify appropriate stores for in-store sampling
* Monitor the competitor marketplace, identifying on going threats and opportunities
* Increase Jimmy's facings in-store & move to eye level location
* Ensuring all customer details are updated and reported
What experience and skills are we looking for:

* You will be experienced within a field sales or retail compliance role, ideally within FMCG although other markets considered
* Looking for a new challenge
* Educated to minimum A-Level standard
* You will be someone who is able to build rapport quickly and understands the importance of building long term business relationships
* Excellent communicator at all levels with both internal teams and customers
* Able to manage you journey and time effectively ensuring you regularly meet with your customers
* Experience analysing data to identify and target stores to visit
* Full / clean UK driving licence
