Front of House Staff

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Barista for our wine bar and coffee shop in Stow on the Wold.

Who are we?

The Cellar represents a carefully selected group of small independent (in both sense of the word!) winemakers. These pioneers share our philosophy of producing wines that are expressive of their place, made with traditional methods and show maximum respect for the wine and the wider environment. We are all about PEOPLE, PLACES AND STORIES.

We serve organic, sustainable and minimal intervention wine to drink in or take away. We also serve amazing sustainably sourced coffee, cheese and charcuterie plates.

The Job

The role will be based in our store full time so you will need:

- A commitment to incredible service.

- An understanding of our customers needs.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- A high level of integrity, reliability and trustworthiness with a positive, drive and self-motivating attitude.

Requirements

- A passion for wine (desirable but extensive training will be provided)

- Experience in making coffee (essential)

- A willingness to work evenings and weekends on a regular basis.

- Hospitality or table service experience (desirable but extensive training will be provided)
