Brewster Partners Charity & Not for Profit are currently recruiting for a Loans & Collections Associate, based in Leeds
The Role
This role will assess loans for the members of our client. You will monitor the loans for payments, whilst providing an outstanding service for those that go into arrears.
You will also advise on procedures for loan applications, loan agreements and appropriate paperwork. As well as this, you will manage your own case load, ensuring that you maintain service levels and confidential data is managed appropriately. You will also be required to build relationships with other external agencies.
The Candidate
This role will suit someone who has experience of a similar role, as well as possessing knowledge of CCA regulation. The successful candidate will also be adept with management of Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel.
You will be a quick learner, and possess a keen eye for detail, as well as being able to show empathy to the members you work with.
