Prestige Recruitment Specialists are currently looking for Facilities Operatives to work for our client who is based in Hull
Pay Rate/Salary: GBP9.50 p/h
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday (flexibility is a must for start-finish times as will differ daily)
The predicted length of term: temporary on-going
SHORT INTRODUCTION TO THE COMPANY
Our client is a well-known cleaning and contracting specialist that have been providing services to the community for more than 100 years.
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
This diverse role offers a variety of tasks including minor maintenance work and electrostatic sanitisation spraying at sites across Hull and further afield
Schedules are set on a weekly basis but the ability to change tasks at short notice due to customer demand essential
There will be early mornings and some late nights
You must have a positive disposition and can-do attitude as there will be some interaction with our customers
A vehicle and a mobile phone will be provided
Minimum 30 hours per week
Successful candidates must have the following skills and experience:
* Positive attitude
* Experience in window cleaning and minor maintenance preferred.
* Good communication skills
* Punctual
* Self-motivated
* Flexible approach
* Problem-solving approach
* Full Clean Driving Licence required
* IPAF and PASMA advantageous but not essential as training will be given
