Litigation Specialist
Working for a leading firm of Solicitors offering a range of legal services the role of Litigation Specialist will focus on the Consumer Credit area of the business. The overall purpose of the role of Litigation Specialist is to handle the company's relationships with Group & Private Clients. Further responsibilities for Litigation Specialist include???
* Establish whether a non-standard account has the appropriate criteria for Litigation proceedings
* Issue County Court proceedings including completion of all relevant county court documentation
* Completion of all relevant court documents
* Prepare correspondence for all parties involved
* Conduct small claims mediation hearings
* Completion of all relevant reports
* Log and register all relevant information received as requested
The Company:
* An established Solicitor practice offering a wide range of specialist legal advice and services
The Person:
* Sound working knowledge of Consumer Credit Law associated to asset, motor and consumer finance products
* Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
* The ability to resolve queries quickly and accurately
* The ability to comprehend legal documentation and understand instructions (amended and sometimes urgent)
* Excellent Microsoft Office
* Flexible and deadline orientated
Salary:
GBP22k - GBP25k plus benefits
