Production Supervisor

Circa GBP25,000 + Holidays + Bank Holidays + Pension + Bank Holidays
Monday to Friday. DAYS
Production Supervisor required for a well established manufacturer who offer a days based role within a great work environment. They are a well renowned brand and a brand that is associated with quality. They offer a varied role with opportunities to progress within your career.
The role would suit production team leaders or production supervisors from ANY food/FMCG background. You will ideally have a working knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety Qualifications. Applicants with a working knowledge of meat processing will have a considerable advantage. To apply for the role, you must have previous experience of leading a small team of operatives.
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that production targets are met and that the production schedule is being followed whilst maintaining food H&S guidelines. You will be responsible for training and development of new staff and organising holiday/absence cover. You will work across the cutting, cook and packing facility.
