Project Coordinator

Our client is looking for an IT Project Co-ordinator to support/manage small to medium sized IT Projects mainly focusing on application and infrastructure delivery. This could be the perfect contract for an IT Project Co- Ordinator to step into a Project Management role long term.

Role: IT Project Co-ordinator
Location: Exeter/Remote
Start: June 2021 (ASAP)
Rate: GBP175 -GBP200 per day (Umbrella)
Duration: 3- 6 months initially (v. possibility of extension)

Duties:
. Delivery of smaller to medium size project with a simple to mid tier complexity
. Communicating across all levels of an organisation and able to translate complex technical solutions to end users
. Customer excellence - You own customer issues and anticipate their needs. You diagnose and resolve problems on time and coach others to provide exceptional end-to-end service.
. Product and service knowledge - You continuously build your understanding of infrastructure, products, services and complex offerings. You share knowledge with your team and tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of the customer
. Have responsibility of low grade engineers
. Managing reporting
. Take minutes for senior meetings
. Chase suppliers
