Our client, a well-established and industry-leading business is seeking a Trainee Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for either a recent school leaver or University Graduate to join a thriving, busy organisation who are leaders within their field, giving you a great opportunity to break into the Financial Services industry.
The ideal candidate will be switched on, enthusiastic and keen to progress and develop a career within Financial Services.
Any Financial Services knowledge would be advantageous, although not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Being the first point of contact for customer calls, redirecting calls to the correct department
- Involvement in day to day administration and filing
- Liaise between Financial Advisers and other departments within the business
- Prepare and issue letters
- Follow all regulations and company guidelines
- Work with accuracy and a high level of attention to detail at all times
This is a fantastic role for someone looking to secure their first role after either completing their A Levels, graduating from University or looking to break into the Financial Services industry.
