About the job as a Laundry Operative / Laundry Assistant:

Loading and unloading linen, towels, and laundry
Heavy lifting involved.
Operating linen presses.
Packing textiles ready for dispatch.
Working within a large laundry production team environment
Working in a safe manner
Processing paperwork - as required

Skills required for a Laundry Operative / Laundry Assistant:

Reliable

A desire to learn new skills
Initiative and the ability to solve problems.
Working within a physically demanding environment
Operating of Mechanical Handling Equipment
Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules
