Core Staff Services are looking for production operatives to join a busy and growing food and recipe box factory in Spalding.
This is a temporary position but could lead to a permanent, direct position for the right candidate, with lots of opportunity to progress.
You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment in a variety of roles, you could be on a production line picking the correct products for customers recipe boxes, weighing and sorting ingredients, or packing and stacking for dispatch.
You will be required to stand for long periods of time, and due to the nature of the products some areas can be cold.
No previous experience necessary but you must have:
Excellent attention to detail
Fast paced and methodical
Committed to hit targets
Speak and understand basic English
Follow health and safety and hygiene standards, including coronavirus procedures.Shift as a Production Operative:
A typical weekly shift is 4 on 4 off, 6am - 18:00pm, however we also consider part time work (minimum of 2 days a week)
Pay rate as a Production Operative:
Starting pay: GBP9.12 per hour
After 12 weeks: GBP9.66 per hour, and GBP12.08 per hour overtime after 48 hours
