ABC Teachers are seeking a Senior Administrator to work within a busy office environment in their apprenticeships and business development team. You will support senior management with a range of administrative duties and assist the wider team in ensuring the smooth running of the department.

Fixed term contract till May 2022
Providing a range of administrative duties - arranging meetings, taking minutes, managing the booking of resources.
Supporting and mentoring apprentice administrators.
Monitoring and tracking of financial records.
About you:
To be considered for the Senior Administrator position, you will:
Have previous experience in an administration role, ideally within the education or training sector.
Experience supervising/managing staff members would be extremely desirable.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to prioritise tasks and use your own initiative to problem solve.
Excellent organisation skills and the ability to work meet strict deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders of varying levels.
Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check.
