The job
As a Baker, you will be working towards producing the highest-quality baked goods and working amongst a team who strive to give their best performance.
You will be working within a fast-paced, varied and extremely rewarding environment and your duties will include the following: preparation of ingredients, mixing, kneading, shaping, proving, baking, packing, and cleaning.
You will also have the opportunity to work on some of the bakery's marketing activities such as product photos and social media - so if you like to show off your creations, this role could be perfect for you!
Your experience
You will be a strong team player with a passion for bakery, bread, and great quality products together with a good working knowledge of baking methods/techniques.
You will have a positive, can-do attitude and excellent time management skills.

The Baker job is based in Kent and is paying c. GBP25,000 according to individual skills and previous experience.
The working hours will be 4-5 days per week with an early (4 am) start on Tuesday and Wednesday.
