COMPANY: Construction!

CONTRACT: Full- Time Permanent

HOURS: 8.00am - 17.00pm

START: ASAP

SALARY: GBP20,000-GBP23,000

LOCATION: Liverpool Street

Our client is one of London's leading plumbing contractors, particularly in the Commercial and Industrial sectors with many of their installations in London's major landmarks. They are an established organisation and are looking for a new addition to the department to support the team!

Our client is looking for a eager to learn, hardworking, ambitious and dedicated individual to join a fast paced department to support the growing team! You will love all aspects of administration, enjoy supporting a team, and want to grow and develop within your role!

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

Responsibilities

To provide support and organisation in administrative tasks to aid in the operations of the commercial team
To carry out and follow up on procedures set out by the business
To ensure that commercial documents are priced and issued in a timely manner
Organising and pricing of variation packs and folders
Collating information relating to all commercial aspects of the business and communicating with clients
Assistance in managing Sub-contract packages
To help the commercial team achieve strong positions on all projects the individual is involved in
Ensuring procedures are carried out thoroughly and eventually being self-sufficient in doing so
Ensuring that deadlines are met

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

Demonstrable experience of strong administration skills
Strong communication skills
Intermediate level on MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Excellent organisational skills, good attention to detail, ability to prioritise tasks and adhere to deadlines
Positive personal attitude
Excellent interpersonal skills and a good Team player
