Role: HR Administrator
Location: Tameside, Greater Manchester (office & home working)
Salary: GBP20,000 - GBP25,000
Hours: 37.5hrs per week

Main Tasks
Prepare essential colleague paperwork such as contract and offer letters, change to terms and conditions letters and salary review letters etc
Compliance checks such as references, right to work, driving checks, etc
Maintaining HR Systems
Onboarding new starters; system set up, liaising with new starters, coordinating the induction process.
Process leavers, ensuring they have a seamless and positive leaving experience.
Reward and Recognition administration.
Administration for all Health, Safety, and wellbeing initiatives.
Co-ordinating internal and external training sessions including liaison with the colleague and the training providers, setting up the learning space, monitoring the attendees and collating post course feedback.
Maintenance of the absence management system; input of absence data including annual leave, business leave, monitoring hybrid working data etc.
Collating data and creating reports giving insight into key people trends.
Support the delivery of colleague engagement initiatives
Support the team and business to drive change and business growthSkills and Experience
Proven experience as an HR Administrator/Co-ordinator
Outstanding administration skills with a desire to continually improve and streamline processes
The ability to work accurately with a high attention to detail
Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle data with confidentiality
Good organisational and time management skills
